AIMS APAC REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal investment objective of the Trust is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate located throughout the Asia-Pacific region that is used for industrial purposes, including warehousing and distribution activities, business park activities, and manufacturing activities. It operates through two geographical segments: Singapore and Australia. It has a portfolio of 29 industrial properties, 26 of which are located throughout Singapore, one industrial property is located in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia; one business park is located in New South Wales, Australia; and one business park property is located in Macquarie Park, New South Wales (NSW), Australia. The property portfolio includes logistics, business parks, general industrial, light industrial, and high-tech buildings. The Trust is managed by AIMS APAC REIT Management Limited (the manager).
