Yandal Resources (ASX:YRL) reported exploration results for the Arrakis Prospect within its Ironstone Well-Barwidgee gold project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The results were up to 17.5 meters at 2.3 grams per tonne gold from 127.5 meters, including 3.8 meters at 2.8 g/t from 130.7 meters and 4.8 meters at 4.0 g/t from 135.5 meters.
The company said geological interpretations indicate the results reside within a 100 to 150-meter striking zone of higher-grade mineralization plunging to the south, with the down-plunge projection of the high-grade domain remaining untested below the Yueh Shear Zone, presenting a clear target for further drilling.
