HealthBank Holdings (SGX:40B) has allotted and issued 70.7 million new shares on Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares will be listed and quoted on Wednesday.
Following the placement, the company's paid-up share capital has increased to 212.2 million shares.
