Acrophyte Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) said it remains in discussions with sponsor Tang Organization over a potential transaction linked to its stapled securities, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The hospitality trust said there are no guarantees the talks will lead to any transaction.
Shares of the trust were up over 2% in Tuesday trading.
