Update: Gorilla Technology Shares Slump Premarket After Swinging to H1 Adjusted Loss Amid Strong Revenue Growth

Gorilla Technology's (GRRR) shares were down over 11% in Tuesday's premarket activity after the company reported an H1 loss, while sales almost doubled from a year ago.

The company reported an H1 adjusted loss late Monday of $0.58 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $0.30 a year earlier.

Revenue for the first half ended June 30 was $78.4 million, up from $39.3 million a year earlier.

The company said it now expects Q3 revenue of $48 million to $50 million, versus prior outlook of $36 million to $40 million. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $43.6 million.

Gorilla Technology now expects full-year 2026 revenue of at least $200 million, versus its previous guidance range of $160 million to $200 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $190.9 million.

For 2027, the company issued revenue guidance of $450 million to $500 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $559.9 million.
