Coliwoo (SGX:W8W) reported a stable total occupancy of 93.7% for the fiscal third quarter ended June 30, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The co-living spaces provider's occupancy was driven by 99.6% occupancy from its managed spaces and 95% from leased spaces.
In total, the company's property portfolio rose to 28 properties compared with 25 properties as of the end of September 2025, while the number of rooms rose to 3,568 from 2,933 rooms.
