Worley (ASX:WOR) logged AU$0.782 in underlying earnings per basic share for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.902 a year ago, a Wednesday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.77.
For the 12 months ended June 30, aggregated revenue was AU$12.02 billion versus AU$12.05 billion previously, the Australia-listed provider of engineering and project delivery services added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected AU$11.73 billion.
The board proposed a final dividend of AU$0.25 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 2.
The company guided for fiscal 2027 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, and amortization growth, and for aggregated revenue growth, in the mid-to-high single-digit range.
