Starts Proceed Investment to Acquire Tokyo Property for 2.05 Billion Yen

Starts Proceed Investment (TYO:8979) plans to acquire trust beneficiary interest in the Tokyo property Proceed Musashisakai for 2.05 billion yen, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The purchase agreement is scheduled to be signed Aug. 31, with the acquisition expected to close on Oct. 1. The property is currently named Esperanza Mitaka and will be renamed Proceed Musashisakai after the acquisition, the filing said.
Although the land and building are not held in trust at present, a trust arrangement is scheduled to be established before the acquisition by Starts Proceed Investment, it said.
