Zhejiang Rongtai Electric Material (SHA:603119) resubmitted its initial public offering for a main board listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange on Monday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The producer of mica-based composite materials originally filed its IPO application on Jan. 29.

The latest plan is subject to approvals from securities regulators in China and Hong Kong and the Hong Kong bourse operator.
