Richtech Robotics Approves $12 Million Stock Buyback Program

Richtech Robotics (RR) said Tuesday that its board of directors has approved a stock repurchase program to buy up to $12 million of the company's Class B common stock.
The program will be executed pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan and will be subject to market conditions and the plan's terms, the company said.
The company said it is not obligated under the program to repurchase any specific number of shares, and that the program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time by the board of directors without notice.
Shares of the company were up 3.7% pre-bell.
