Jack Henry & Associates appointed Richard Preece to its board and said the size of the board would be reduced from 10 directors to nine.
The financial technology company said the board size will be reduced after director Wes Brown, 72, won't stand for reelection at the company's 2026 shareholder meeting pursuant to its mandatory retirement policies.
Preece, the chief executive of Liminex, is filling a vacancy created by David Foss' retirement from the board in July, the company said.
