Abacus Group (ASX:ABG) logged AU$0.0908 in basic funds from operations (FFO) per security for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.0926 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$167 million versus AU$176.3 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The board declared a final distribution of AU$0.0425 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable Aug. 31 to shareholders on record as of July 1.
The company expects fiscal 2027 distributions of AU$0.067 per security, targeting a payout ratio of 80% to 90% of FFO.
