NutryFarm International (SGX:AZT) unit DC Green Development established a subsidiary in China, named Hebei Xinmai Intelligent Technology, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new unit has a registered share capital of $30 million and will focus on information system integration services, technical services and technical development.
The incorporation is part of the company's strategy to expand its business operations.
