Gemlife Communities (ASX:GLF) logged AU$0.154 in underlying earnings per security for the first half, compared with AU$0.10 a year ago, a Monday filing showed.
For the six months ended June 30, revenue was AU$195.1 million versus AU$104.9 million previously, the Australia-listed land lease community developer added.
The company upgraded its 2026 underlying earnings per security guidance to AU$0.30 to AU$0.31, from the previous range of AU$0.285 to AU$0.30.
