Antengene (HKG:6996) appointed Bing Hou as chief scientific officer, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hou will oversee the company's drug discovery, translational medicine, and chemistry, manufacturing and controls functions, reporting directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jay Mei.
The company said Hou previously served as vice president and head of discovery science and translational medicine.
