Hygeia Healthcare buys back 425,800 shares for HK$3.99 million, trimming free float by 0.07%

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited reported a market repurchase of 425,800 ordinary shares on 04 June 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The on-exchange buyback was executed at prices ranging from HK$9.35 to HK$9.48, translating into a volume-weighted average of HK$9.39 per share and a total consideration of HK$3.99 million.

Post-transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 609.59 million, representing a 0.07% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 8.91 million, while total issued share capital remained unchanged at 618.50 million.

The repurchase was conducted under the mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 61.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 8.91 million shares, equal to 1.44% of the share base at the mandate’s approval date.

In line with Hong Kong listing requirements, Hygeia Healthcare is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring shares until 04 July 2026.
