China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited (abbreviated as CHINA ENV TEC) released a 29 July 2026 quarterly update addressing the auditor’s 2025 going-concern disclaimer and outlining current remedial steps.
The Group’s core wastewater treatment and energy-management businesses “continue as usual,” with new projects and clients secured. Management reports no operational disruption arising from the going-concern issue.
Liquidity Enhancement • A financial adviser has been appointed to structure fund-raising via ordinary bonds, convertible bonds or share placements. Management targets completion within six months. • All bank loans maturing in 2026 to date have been successfully renewed. • Negotiations with the holder of outstanding entrusted loans are ongoing for payment deferral or restructuring; no formal repayment demand has been received.
Convertible Bonds Restatement The 2025 accounts will be restated to recognise HK$109.00 million payable to the bondholder, increasing consolidated net liabilities by approximately RMB70.00 million. A settlement agreement is under negotiation and is expected within one month.
