NTT DC REIT held its annual general meeting on Jul, 28 2026 at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore. All four resolutions were passed by poll.
The first resolution, to receive and adopt the FY25/26 audited financial statements, secured 99.96% of the 666.8 million votes cast.
The second resolution, re-appointing KPMG LLP as independent auditor and authorising the manager to fix its remuneration, garnered 99.96% support from 667.3 million votes.
Under special business, 99.72% of 667.3 million votes backed the mandate authorising the manager to issue new units and grant convertible instruments.
The renewal of the unit buy-back mandate was approved with 99.92% of 667.0 million votes in favour.
During the meeting, management said demand for data centres remains strong, supported by AI and cloud growth. The REIT’s near-term acquisition pipeline totals about 130 megawatts, which could more than double its current 91-megawatt portfolio over three to five years. Management added it is reviewing its fee structure to align performance fees more closely with distribution per unit growth and will consider unit buy-backs alongside other capital allocation options.
The meeting concluded at 4.51 p.m. with no other business raised.
