GigaDevice repurchases 0.04% of share capital for RMB102.73 million, lifting pending cancellations to 1.03 million shares

GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. (GigaDevice) disclosed a further on-market share buyback on 25 August 2026, repurchasing 265,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The purchase, executed at prices between RMB375.05 and RMB398.08 per share, amounted to an aggregate consideration of RMB102.73 million.

Including this latest transaction, the company now holds 1,029,100 repurchased shares awaiting cancellation, equivalent to 0.16% of its outstanding share base. The pending cancellations comprise: • 247,000 shares bought on 21 August 2026 at an average price of RMB406.48 per share. • 517,100 shares bought on 24 August 2026 at an average price of RMB383.37 per share. • 265,000 shares bought on 25 August 2026 at an average price of RMB387.64 per share.

Total cash deployed across the three trading sessions amounts to roughly RMB401.37 million.

The company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 668.49 million shares until the repurchased shares are formally cancelled.
