Frasers Property Limited said on Aug, 25 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd., plans to issue 150 million Singapore dollars of fixed-rate notes maturing on Aug, 28 2036 under its 5.0 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The notes—Series 006—will carry a fixed coupon of 3.50% per year, payable semi-annually, and will be issued in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars. The obligations of the issuer will be guaranteed by Frasers Property Limited.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited is acting as joint lead manager and active bookrunner, while CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch is joint lead manager and passive bookrunner. The issuer may redeem the notes in whole or in part on any interest payment date before maturity at a make-whole amount plus accrued interest.
Net proceeds, after deducting issuance expenses, are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings, financing acquisitions and investments, and meeting working-capital or capital-expenditure needs of the issuer, the company and their related entities.
The issuer intends to list the notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, subject to approval.
