INGDAN (00400) has executed definitive service agreements that convert previously announced intent orders into binding contracts, locking in expected aggregate service-fee revenue exceeding US$1.00 billion across the next five years. Delivery and service provision under these agreements are scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The contracts stem from the company’s July 16 2026 announcement of its strategic upgrade into a vertical AI Token Factory operator. Clients span leading internet cloud service providers and robotics-sector customers, underpinning demand for computing-power scheduling, cluster operations and maintenance, and token computing-power services.
To support execution, INGDAN is accelerating its global computing-network build-out. Management plans to establish a multi-country footprint across Asia, targeting an aggregated capacity exceeding 100 megawatts.
The board views the formalisation of these service orders as confirmation of the commercial viability of the Token Factory business model and a key driver of future growth as the company transitions from an AI-chip hardware supplier to an integrated Token Factory operator.
The company notes that actual revenue recognition will depend on contract performance, service-delivery progress and prevailing market conditions, and it will provide further updates in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in INGDAN shares.
