New Silkroad Holdings Group (00472) announced the resignation of executive directors Mr. Liu Huaming and Ms. Qiu Xuan, who have stepped down to dedicate more time to their other commitments and professional endeavors. Concurrently, Ms. Wu Xuan has been appointed by the board of directors as an executive director, effective from May 19, 2026.
