Yihai International Declares HKD 0.4188 Interim Dividend for 1H 2026

Yihai International Holding Ltd. announced an ordinary interim cash dividend of HKD 0.4188 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026, covering the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

The stock will trade ex-dividend on 8 September 2026. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 16:30 on 9 September 2026 to qualify, after which the register will be closed from 10 to 15 September 2026. The record date is set for 15 September 2026, and dividend payments will be distributed on 24 September 2026.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; no exchange conversion is required (HKD 1 = HKD 1) and the announcement specifies no withholding tax on the distribution.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, will act as the share registrar.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises Executive Directors Guo Qiang, Sun Shengfeng and Zhao Xiaokai; Non-Executive Directors Zhang Yong and Zhang Fan; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Cui Jin, Wang Xin and Li Ping.
