Lerado Financial Group Company Limited (Lerado Financial, 01225) has released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, covering operations from 1 January to 31 December 2025. The disclosure follows Hong Kong Stock Exchange Appendix C2 requirements and aligns with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework.

Environmental Performance • Greenhouse-gas footprint: Total emissions reached 13.20 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, of which 13.20 tonnes were Scope 2 (purchased electricity) and 0.00 tonnes Scope 3 (paper, water, sewage); Scope 1 emissions were nil. Emission intensity was 0.66 tonnes CO₂-e per employee. • Energy use: Indirect electricity consumption was 67.90 GJ, translating into an intensity of 0.67 GJ per employee, down c.28 % versus the 2022 baseline, exceeding the company’s 15 % reduction target set for 2027. • Water: Consumption was 1.80 m³, or 0.02 m³ per employee; management considers water use immaterial. • Waste: No material hazardous or non-hazardous waste generated; recycling and paper-reduction initiatives remain in place. • Compliance: No incidents of environmental non-compliance were recorded.

Climate-Risk Governance The Board retains ultimate oversight, supported by an ESG Working Group that reports at least annually. Physical risks (e.g., typhoons) and transition risks (regulatory changes) were identified as manageable; resilience planning includes business-continuity protocols, backup power, flexible working arrangements and insurance coverage. Next-round targets will consider science-aligned emission benchmarks.

Social Metrics • Workforce: Headcount stood at 101 (56 male, 45 female), versus 149 a year earlier; turnover rate was 34.40 %. • Diversity: 61 % of employees are aged 31–50; 11 senior managers lead the organisation. • Training: All staff attended training, totalling 780 hours; average 6 hours per employee, double the prior year. • Health & Safety: Zero work-related fatalities or injury days for the third consecutive year. • Compliance: No breaches of labour, employment, safety or discrimination regulations identified.

Governance & Ethics • Anti-corruption: One anti-corruption training session delivered (100 % employee coverage); no concluded legal cases related to corruption. • Risk oversight: Audit, remuneration and nomination committees continue to support Board governance; annual risk assessments cover liquidity, credit and market exposures.

Outlook Having surpassed its 2027 energy-intensity target ahead of schedule, Lerado Financial plans to recalibrate future environmental goals and enhance scenario analysis to meet forthcoming ISSB-aligned disclosure standards.
