New Silkroad Holding Group Limited (NEW SILKROAD) has appointed Mr. Duan Ran, aged 43, as an Executive Director effective 30 June 2026. Duan, a PhD holder in Plant Nutrition from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, brings more than 11 years of management experience in the catering industry, where he founded and chairs Beijing Puffer Fish Family Technology Industry Co., Ltd.

Under a three-year service contract that may be terminated with one month’s written notice, Duan will receive an annual emolument of HK$0.12 million. He holds no shares in NEW SILKROAD and has no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders.

Concurrently, Ms. Wu Xuan has been appointed a member of the Nomination Committee, also effective 30 June 2026.

Following the changes, the Board comprises five Executive Directors—Wang Gengyu (Chairman and CEO), Hang Guanyu, Shen Yang, Wu Xuan and Duan Ran—and four Independent Non-Executive Directors—Ting Leung Huel, Stephen, Chow On Kiu, Prof. Richard Gerardus Franciscus Visser and Dr. Tsai Cheng Chieh.
