Kindstar Global Schedules 26 Aug Board Meeting to Approve 1H 2026 Results and Consider Interim Dividend

Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc. (“Kindstar Global”) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 August 2026 to deliberate on several agenda items:
• Review and approval of the Group’s consolidated interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026.
• Consideration of an interim dividend for shareholders for the first half of 2026.
• Discussion of other routine corporate matters.
The meeting will be chaired by Dr. Huang Shiang, who leads a 12-member board comprising executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors. The company remains incorporated in the Cayman Islands and its ordinary shares are listed in Hong Kong under stock code 09960.
