The partnership is focused on the joint development of a trading platform powered by artificial intelligence technology.

Project Structure and Phases

The planned platform's operations will be divided into two core segments: graphite products and lifestyle logistics, to be implemented in two distinct phases.

The initial phase will center on graphite products, aiming to attract global buyers and sellers to the platform for bulk commodity trading.

The second phase will target the Asian market, seeking to onboard merchants such as restaurants and supermarkets as suppliers of goods and services.

This stage will also involve collaborations with regional or international internet service companies and logistics firms to help these partners expand their business and service scope, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

Under the agreement, Cityhill Limited will be responsible for funding the platform's development and managing its operations, while Han Carvestone International Limited will provide the necessary technical support.

The parties have agreed on a profit-sharing arrangement, with Cityhill Limited entitled to 65% of the platform's profits and Han Carvestone International Limited receiving the remaining 35%.
