Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc. disclosed a repurchase of 20,500 ordinary shares on 16 June 2026 through on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD 0.97 to HKD 0.99. The aggregate consideration reached HKD 20,090.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.00198 % to 1.03 billion, while treasury shares increased to 7.22 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.04 billion.

The buy-back was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 103.43 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 159,500 shares, equivalent to 0.02 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

All shares repurchased on 16 June 2026 are being retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Kindstar Global is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 16 July 2026.
