Ye Xing Group Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that there were no changes to either its authorised share capital or issued share base during the month.

The company’s authorised ordinary share capital remained at 500.00 million shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 5.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 405.31 million ordinary shares, and the issuer continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares outstanding also stayed at 405.31 million.

Ye Xing Group affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 30 April 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued or cancelled during the month. The 17 February 2020 Share Option Scheme still provides capacity for up to 40.00 million shares, but no options were outstanding or granted in April, and there were no option-related share issues or treasury share transfers.

All confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C have been provided by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Zhang Chunying, indicating full compliance with Hong Kong listing and regulatory obligations.
