King’s Stone Holdings Group Limited announced a board reshuffle effective 2 July 2026, highlighted by one resignation and two senior appointments.
Ms. Cai Ruoxi stepped down as Executive Director to focus on other business commitments. The company confirmed that she departs without disagreement with the Board or any matters requiring shareholder attention.
Simultaneously, the Board appointed two new Executive Directors:
1. Mr. Mu Jiaming, aged 47, brings more than 15 years of corporate management, investment development and financial-leasing experience. His recent tenure includes 12 years as Chairman and General Manager of Jiangxi Zhongtong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., where he oversaw corporate operations and financing strategy. Mr. Mu has signed a three-year service contract and will receive a director’s fee of HK$55,000 per month.
2. Mr. Zhang Yangguang, aged 41, currently serves as King’s Stone’s Chief Financial Officer (appointed April 2026) and possesses 17 years of financial management and capital-markets expertise, with prior senior roles at Guizhou Hisun Lithium Energy Technology, Shenzhen iCarbonX and Farasis Energy. He has also worked as an audit manager at Friedman LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Zhang’s three-year contract carries a director’s fee of HK$10,000 per month and a CFO salary of HK$50,000 per month.
Neither Mr. Mu nor Mr. Zhang holds shares in King’s Stone, and both report no relationships with the company’s major shareholders, directors or senior management.
Following these changes, King’s Stone’s executive team comprises Chairman and CEO Mr. He Xin, Ms. Zeng Jingwen, Mr. Mu Jiaming and Mr. Zhang Yangguang, alongside independent non-executive directors Mr. Lam Williamson, Mr. Li Sheung Him Michael and Mr. Yu Kuai.
