InvesTech Holdings Limited (01087.HK) announced that, based on unaudited management accounts, the Group anticipates a FY2025 net loss of approximately RMB47.00 million to RMB52.00 million, versus a RMB63.50 million loss in FY2024.
The improvement is attributed to five main factors:
1. Gross profit increased year-on-year on the back of stronger sales in the IT infrastructure system-integration segment. FY2024 gross profit was RMB57.40 million.
2. Fair-value loss on investment properties declined from RMB16.10 million in FY2024.
3. A fair-value gain on equity investments replaced the RMB2.90 million loss recorded in FY2024.
4. Net income-tax credit rose compared with RMB3.00 million in FY2024.
5. These positives were partly offset by higher goodwill impairment on the network-system-integration cash-generating unit, exceeding the RMB8.50 million impairment booked in FY2024.
The fair-value loss on investment properties and goodwill impairment are non-cash items and therefore do not immediately affect cash flow.
Management is finalising the audited results, which are expected to be released by end-March 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
