7Road Holdings Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return confirming the on-market repurchase of 13.18 million ordinary shares on 08 July 2026 at a fixed price of HK$1.19 per share, for a total consideration of HK$15.68 million. All of the repurchased shares are intended for cancellation but remained outstanding as of the same date, keeping the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 2.75 billion shares.
\n\nSince the current buy-back mandate was approved on 26 May 2026, 7Road has repurchased 189.85 million shares—equivalent to 6.91 % of the 2.75 billion shares in issue when the mandate was granted. The mandate authorises the company to repurchase up to 274.77 million shares, leaving a balance of approximately 84.92 million shares that can still be bought back.
\n\nRepurchases to date, all executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, were carried out between 18 May and 08 July 2026 at prices ranging from HK$0.55 to HK$1.19 per share. The latest transaction on 08 July represents the largest single-day volume in the current programme.
\n\nUnder Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), 7Road is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or reselling treasury shares until 07 August 2026. All repurchase actions have been authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulations, as confirmed by Executive Director Meng Shuqi.
