King's Stone Issues Profit Warning, Anticipates Annual Net Loss of at Least HKD 14 Million

King's Stone (ASX: 01943) has announced a profit warning for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The company expects to report a net loss after tax of not less than HKD 14 million for the current financial year.
This compares to a net loss of approximately HKD 99.4 million recorded for the previous financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The anticipated reduction in loss for the current year is primarily attributable to two key factors.
Firstly, revenue is expected to increase significantly, from approximately HKD 173 million to around HKD 556 million.
Secondly, administrative expenses are projected to decrease from about HKD 48.8 million to approximately HKD 30.8 million.
