Zhong Ao Home Group Limited has called its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) for 29 May in Foshan, China.
Dividend proposal • The board recommends a final dividend of HK$0.025 per share for FY 2025, equivalent to a total payout of about HK$21.40 million. • Payment will be funded entirely from the share premium account. Directors confirm the company will remain able to meet its debts after the distribution. • Shareholders on record as of 9 June 2026 will be entitled to receive the dividend, which is targeted for payment on or around 10 July 2026. The register of members will be closed 5–9 June for this purpose.
Authorisations sought • Issuance mandate: authority to allot and issue new shares up to 20% of the issued share capital (a maximum of 170.91 million shares based on the current 854.55 million shares outstanding). • Buy-back mandate: authority to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares (up to 85.46 million shares). • Extension mandate: the issuance limit may be increased by the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.

Auditor HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited is nominated for re-appointment for the next financial year.
