China State Construction Intl. Sets 8 September 2026 Deadline for 2019 Final and 2020 Interim Unclaimed Dividends

China State Construction International Holdings Limited (China State Construction Intl.) has announced that any unclaimed dividends pertaining to its 2019 final dividend and 2020 interim dividend will be forfeited and revert to the company if not claimed by 4:30 p.m. on 8 September 2026, in line with the six-year prescription period stipulated in its articles of association.

The dividends involved are: • 2019 final dividend declared on 25 March 2020 at HK$0.16 per share. • 2020 interim dividend declared on 21 August 2020 at HK$0.17 per share.

Eligible shareholders who have not yet cashed their dividend warrants are advised to contact the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via is-enquiries@vistra.com, or telephone (+852) 2980 1333 during business hours, no later than the stated deadline.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Haipeng and released in Hong Kong on 25 August 2026.
