Star Shine HLDG Leaves Share Base Intact in June 2026, Affirms Public Float Compliance

Star Shine Holdings Group Limited reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed on 3 July 2026.

Authorized share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, translating to HKD 100 million in authorized capital.

Issued capital likewise held steady at 1.26 billion shares, of which 1.25977 billion are in circulation and 0.23 million are held in treasury. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the period.

The company confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as of month-end.

Under the 2025 Share Option Scheme, 126.00 million options remained outstanding. No options were exercised and no shares were transferred from treasury during the month, leaving the potential dilution from option conversion unchanged.

Star Shine Holdings reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance arrangements. The filing was signed by Director Tsoi Wing Sing.
