Board Reshuffle at Carry Wealth Holdings: Chen Huiying Appointed as Executive Director

Carry Wealth Holdings Limited has announced a series of changes to its board and key management positions.

Mr. Li Zhihao has tendered his resignation from the roles of executive director, chief financial officer, member of the board's investment committee, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, citing personal work arrangements.

Ms. Chen Huiying has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the investment committee, with both appointments taking effect from July 21, 2026.

Separately, Ms. Lin Hui has resigned from her positions as company secretary and the company's authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05, also effective from July 21, 2026. Mr. Xu Hongqun has been appointed as the company secretary to succeed her.

Following the resignations of Mr. Li and Ms. Lin, executive director Ms. Chen and company secretary Mr. Xu have been appointed as the company's authorized representatives under Listing Rule 3.05, effective from the same date, July 21, 2026.
