Xiaomi Unveils Next-Generation Self-Developed Processor Xuanjie O3: 3nm Process, 24 Billion Transistors, AnTuTu Score Exceeds 5.22 Million

At Xiaomi's Xuanjie technology exchange event held this afternoon, the company's Vice President and President of New Business, Zhu Dan, took the stage to deliver a keynote speech.

During the session, Xiaomi unveiled its latest flagship system-on-chip (SoC), the Xuanjie O3, which boasts a transistor count of 24 billion, marking a 26% increase in scale. The chip is built on a cutting-edge 3nm process and features a die area of 133 square millimeters.

In lab tests under low-temperature conditions, the Xuanjie O3 achieved an AnTuTu V11 benchmark score of 5,228,014, underscoring its exceptional performance capabilities.
