METIS TECHBIO-P (07666) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue from customer contracts of RMB 154 million, a substantial increase of 13,399% year-on-year. The company's adjusted net loss narrowed to RMB 51.099 million, representing a reduction of 56.4% compared to the prior period, with a loss per share of RMB 0.17.

During the reporting period, the group continued to advance the iteration of its NanoForge-centric technology platform and the translation of research outcomes. The AiLNP platform has further refined its capabilities in lipid generation, property prediction, and multi-scale simulation across the full LNP lifecycle, while expanding its technical scope to encompass active targeting of "stealth" lipids and LNP design. The AiProtein platform and the antibody design agent AARON were officially launched, establishing a preliminary R&D system covering antibody generation, affinity maturation, developability prediction, and iterative dry-wet laboratory experiments. The AiRNA platform has persistently advanced AI-driven RNA sequence design and optimization, completing the development of an AI-generated IRES model alongside its initial round of experimental validation. The AiTEM platform also underwent comprehensive integration and upgrades, continuously enhancing its capability to develop formulations for poorly soluble drugs.

In the domain of organ and cell-specific delivery, the group achieved phased progress across key technological frontiers, including high-throughput DNA barcoding in vivo screening in non-human primates, site-specific conjugation of targeted LNPs, myocardial-targeting LNPs, and active-targeting LNPs for in vivo CAR-T applications.

Within its proprietary pipeline, MTS-004 is advancing preparations for NDA submission, while MTS-201 has completed Part B of its Phase I clinical trial. Investigator-initiated clinical studies for MTS-105 and MTS-109 are progressing as scheduled, and other candidate projects continue to undergo preclinical development, IIT filings, and IND preparation.

In terms of commercialization and strategic partnerships, the group has persistently driven external value realization of its platform technologies and proprietary assets during and after the reporting period. MTS-128 has been exclusively licensed globally, with the group having received an upfront payment of USD 20 million and being eligible to receive development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments of up to USD 1.6 billion, along with tiered royalties calculated on product sales. The collaboration with Shide Biotech has transitioned from the early-stage research and technical validation phase into a licensed development stage, with the group having received an exclusivity license fee of RMB 15 million. Concurrently, the potential total transaction value for the NanoForge platform's OpenCGT project has exceeded RMB 6 billion, supplemented by newly added research collaborations targeting liver-targeted and lung-targeted delivery systems. The AiTEM platform has also entered into a localized deployment collaboration with Hengrui Medicine, further extending NanoForge's reach from internal R&D enablement to external industrial applications.

The group is progressively establishing a business development framework driven by the synergy of platform technology, pipeline advancement, and global collaborations, laying a solid foundation for subsequent clinical development, commercialization, and the realization of international value.
