New Silkroad Extends Long-Stop Date for New Share Subscriptions to 5 June 2026

New Silkroad Holding Group Limited announced that the long-stop date for completing its previously disclosed new-share subscriptions has been pushed back from 22 May 2026 to 5 June 2026.

According to supplemental agreements signed on 22 May 2026, additional time is required to fulfil the sole condition precedent outlined in the original subscription agreements dated 28 April 2026. All other terms and conditions of the transactions remain unchanged and in full force.

The company’s board continues to comprise four executive directors—Wang Gengyu (Chairman and CEO), Hang Guanyu, Shen Yang and Wu Xuan—and four independent non-executive directors—Ting Leung Huel, Stephen; Chow On Kiu; Prof. Richard Gerardus Franciscus Visser; and Dr. Tsai Cheng Chieh.
