CIG Shanghai Announces RMB 0.09 Per-Share Interim Dividend for 1H 2026, Payment Slated for 23 October 2026

CIG Shanghai Co., Ltd. has declared an ordinary interim dividend of RMB 0.09 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to its latest exchange filing dated 24 August 2026.

The dividend, covering the financial year ending 31 December 2026, is scheduled for payment on 23 October 2026. Key operational dates—including the ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period, and the applicable RMB/HKD exchange rate—will be announced in due course.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, will serve as the share registrar for processing dividend entitlements.
