Elate Holdings (00076) reported that all six ordinary resolutions proposed at its 5 June 2026 Annual General Meeting were approved by poll with overwhelming shareholder support.
The meeting recorded 36.28 million votes, representing 8.16% of the company’s 444.40 million issued shares. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as scrutineer.
Key voting outcomes 1. Receipt of 2025 audited financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports: 100% in favour.
2. Re-election of executive director Ms. Zhang Xue, independent non-executive director Dr. Yan Shao Shi, and authorisation to fix directors’ remuneration: 99.83% in favour.
3. Re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as auditor and authorisation of its fees: 99.83% in favour.
4. General mandate to repurchase shares: 100% in favour.
5. General mandate to allot and issue shares: 99.83% in favour.
6. Extension of the share issue mandate by the amount of shares repurchased: 99.83% in favour.
No shareholders were required to abstain, and no votes were cast solely against any resolution under Hong Kong listing rules. All board members—Mr. Feng Zhong Yun, Ms. Zhang Xue, Mr. Ng Lai Po, Ms. Ye Yi Fan and Dr. Yan Shao Shi—were present at the meeting.
