Kaisa Health Keeps Issued Shares Steady at 5.04 Billion and Confirms Public-Float Compliance – May 2026 Monthly Return

On 4 June 2026, Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited filed its monthly return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 May 2026.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 160.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00125, representing HKD 200.00 million in aggregate.

Issued share capital was stable at 5.04 billion ordinary shares. The company reported zero treasury shares, no new share issuance, no share buy-backs and no cancellations during May.

Kaisa Health confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 May 2026.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 8 June 2015, 62.00 million options with an exercise price of HKD 0.196 remained outstanding. No options were granted, exercised, cancelled or lapsed during the month. The scheme will cease to grant new options after its expiry on 8 June 2025.

The filing was signed by Company Secretary Yu Kwok Leung, affirming adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
