Including earlier market purchases made between 18 May and 10 June 2026, the company now holds 12.69 million shares pending cancellation. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in place until 11 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules governing post-buyback activities.

The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.75 billion shares pending the formal cancellation of the repurchased stock. All buybacks were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
