On 8 June 2026, Ye Xing Group Holdings Limited published the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form on both the company website (www.hongkunwuye.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access these documents electronically. Those who have previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies enclosed with the notification letter.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access can obtain printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing the enclosed Change Request Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 1941-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

The company reminds shareholders to supply a functional email address. Without one on record, electronic notices of publication and actionable corporate communications cannot be delivered, and only printed versions will be dispatched until an email address is provided.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The notification was issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Wu Guoqing.
