Hygeia Health repurchases 105,600 shares for HK$1.07 million; treasury stock rises to 11.32 million

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (Hygeia Health) disclosed that it bought back 105,600 ordinary shares on 14 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HK$9.80 to HK$10.14, for a total consideration of HK$1.07 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of HK$10.13 per share.

After the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0174% to 607.18 million, while treasury shares increased to 11.32 million. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 618.50 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises Hygeia Health to repurchase up to 60.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 557,800 shares, representing 0.0918% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 August 2026.
