The company has informed all non-registered shareholders (those who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees) that: • Electronic access is the preferred channel for future corporate communications, and shareholders are encouraged to provide functional e-mail addresses to their intermediaries. • If no e-mail address is supplied, shareholders will receive a notification letter by post advising where the documents can be viewed online.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to obtain a printed copy of the current circular and proxy form—or all future corporate communications—may do so free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong).

Completed forms can be mailed using the provided Freepost No. 10 GPO label; no local postage stamp is required. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
