Future Machine Limited (abbrev. FUTURE MACH LTD) submitted its Monthly Return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming a stable share structure and full compliance with listing requirements.

• Authorised Share Capital The company’s authorised capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

• Issued and Treasury Shares Outstanding shares were steady at 1.50 billion, with zero treasury shares recorded. No share issuance, repurchase or cancellation occurred during the month, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 1.50 billion.

• Public Float Status FUTURE MACH LTD affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% as at 30 April 2026.

• Share Option Scheme The company’s 2019 share-option plan showed 100.00 million options outstanding at month-end. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred under the scheme in April, leaving the potential dilution unchanged.

The Monthly Return, filed on 4 May 2026, indicated no activity in warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments, and confirmed adherence to all applicable listing and regulatory obligations.
