King's Stone Holdings Group Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming stable share capital metrics and continued compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirements.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million. • Issued share capital was steady at 1.03 billion ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month, and no new shares were issued.

Public Float • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float threshold as at 30 June 2026.

Share Option Scheme Activity • Under the share option scheme adopted on 26 September 2025, outstanding options fell from 19.43 million to 12.43 million after 7.00 million options lapsed during June. • No options were exercised; consequently, no shares were issued and no funds were raised. The scheme still allows for up to 100.00 million shares to be issued upon future option exercises.

Other Equity Instruments • The issuer reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and no additional share movements during the period.

Governance and Compliance • All necessary confirmations under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided, with the company secretary affirming that regulatory and listing requirements were satisfied for the reporting month.
