Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on May 22, a shareholder of INVESTECH HLDGS (01087) transferred shares from Valuable Capital Securities to Hang Seng Bank. The transferred position had a market value of approximately HKD 11.94 million, representing an 8.53% stake. Previously, INVESTECH HLDGS announced a proposal to place up to 39.98 million shares, equivalent to 20% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the announcement date, and approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital following the placement.
